Hi, I'm Elizabeth. Half scientist, half hedge witch, fully practical.
The Hedge Maiden is my design studio, rooted on an 1800s apothecary farm, where I teach people how to grow more food, work with the land they have, and give a little back to the ecosystem along the way.
